Q: What are the processing times for getting the prints into the mail?
All prints aim to be dispatched within 3-4 working days unless otherwise specified, using the selected sending method.
Q: Are the orders tracked?
Note that the default shipping method does not include tracking, but at an additional charge tracking can be ordered for orders.
Q: What are the estimated delivery times ?
From day of dispatching, please allow a minimum of:
Norway: 2-3 business days
Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland): 4-7 business days
Rest of Europe: 4-9 business days
USA & Canada: 5-11 business days
Note that delays in the post can happen (for instance at customs upon entering the country destination), these are only usual times and delivery estimates.
Q: What about customs charges?
Sending letters outside of Norway may result in them getting sorted through customs – the additional delays or charges incurred due to this are not the responsibility of the seller. However, please give feedback to improve shipping procedures of this shop!
Q: How are prints shipped?
Prints are kept safe against moisture in a cellophane sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard, and then send in a cardboard envelope to minimise the risk of post being bent. All the shipping material is aimed to be as sustainable as possible!
Q: What even is Riso printing?
Riso works similarly screen printing, but done by a copyprinter of sorts. It is a more sustainable method of printing art and gets a lot of character with each piece! But instead of trying to explain it in detail myself, might I suggest checking out this fantastic guide made by Risottostudio? (https://risottostudio.com/pages/what-is-risograph-printing)
